Our empty-nester clients didn't want the mess or expense of a full gut renovation in their kitchen and main floor, so we found a way to elevate and modernize their space without extensive construction. We added new shaker panel doors and drawer fronts to their existing kitchen cabinetry and gave them a fresh coat of paint and new hardware. Throughout the rest of the first floor we brought some personality into their entry with fun wallpaper, updated the fireplace elevation in the living room, and in the powder room we added vertical tongue and groove paneling, fun patterned tile, new lighting and plumbing fixtures to make these spaces feel brand new.
